Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove cherry skins (reserve skins), place in a large heavy saucepan. Mash, bring to a boil and cook 2-3 minutes until soft. Place pulp in sauce pan and bring to a boil, cook a few minutes until pulp is soft. Work through a strainer while the pulp is warm, place in a large bowl and stir in the lemon juice, artificial sweetener, cinnamon and allspice. Pour into a glass pie pan. Bake for 15 minutes, reduce over to 375 degrees and bake another 45 minutes.
